The Chumbi Mountain Retreat & Spa

This is a very beautiful resort with fantastic view of the mountains. All the staff are very well trained and customer centric. They ensured to make our stay worthwhile and memorable. Kudos to Alina from housekeeping and Santi, Bhupendra, Chewang, Ashish & Sisir from F&B

Wonderful place!! Excellent service and extremely polite and helpful staff!! Superb view of Kanchenjunga Peak! Tourist places like Bird Park, Sky Walk are very near! Special mention for housekeeping service staff Anjana Cheeki, very creative and clean upkeep of the room! Also special thanks to Mr. Hussain for the wonderful welcome and very healpful information for local sightseeing and specials!!

I stayed in the property with other 4 members of the family, including 6 years old kid and we had a very pleasant stay. Property is very neat and clean and staff is very cooperative. Their buffet spread is limited but it's really great. Rooms are specious and gives tremendous view of kanchenjunga , which is very pleasing. Their floor manager Alina and AM Ashish were very nice and helped us to make our stay comfortable and memorable. This is a must visit property to spend quality time with the family.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable, we were greeted with traditional with hot beverages and a shawl by miss nira,felt extremely happy with this warm welcome,the suite provided was excellent with the beautiful view of mountain kanchenjunga,food was good they provided a beautiful cake on our anniversary. The housekeeping staff especially sonam pratibha & keshang provided us everything that we needed during out stay and they surprised us with a beautiful decoration of our room on my wedding anniversary day .overall stay was happy and memorable. .thank you club mahindra and complete staff.

We stayed at Chumbi for 4 days, and we are swept away by the exceptional hospitality of this place. We booked an HU through Club mahindra. The room was very spacious with a bay window withdirect view of Mount Kunchenjenga. The sunrise with bright rays of sun lighting up the snow-covered mountain took our breath away. There are several places in the resort where you can sit and enjoy the view. Coming to hospitality, the property is literally managed by angels. The staff is extremely courteous and always ready to help. We met Bhupender at the restaurant who made sure we were well taken care of. He is such a beautiful soul. During one of our walks to Bird Park, we met him and his friends on the way as it was their break time. The young boys accompanied us, slowing down to our pace and taking our pics. These boys were helping us even beyond their duty hours with a big bright brilliant smile on their faces. I have never met such amazing staff on any of my trips. The other staff at the Sisir, Santi Aneela, Chewang, Bazen, and Atish were also ready to serve the mouth-watering food with a smile. Also, they have some great talent at happy hub, Durga and sargam have such good voices. They should be in some singing reality show. There were two other beautiful girls (I don't know their names) who performed on traditional local songs. I am missing on so many names here the reception people, the housekeeping, everyone is doing an amazing job. I will remember this stay forever and would try to come back to this place as soon as possible.

I had the most delightful stay at Chumbi retreat and I can't wait to be back there. The staff is excellent and they went out of their way to ensure I had the best holiday. The location is stunning and you can literally view Kanchenjunga from the room. The food is excellent and I loved that they have incorporated the local culture in every aspect, from the decor, food to even organising cultural performances. Can't recommend the property enough!
