Wonderful place!! Excellent service and extremely polite and helpful staff!! Superb view of Kanchenjunga Peak! Tourist places like Bird Park, Sky Walk are very near! Special mention for housekeeping service staff Anjana Cheeki, very creative and clean upkeep of the room! Also special thanks to Mr. Hussain for the wonderful welcome and very healpful information for local sightseeing and specials!!

Staff were excellent. Service is one of the best i have experienced in this trip. View from the resort are magical.Buffet spread is not lavish but good. But restaurant staff were accommodating to our requests with food. Rooms were very good and spacious. Small kids and toddlers had small playing room as well for teenagaers and adults.

We stayed at Chumbi for 4 days, and we are swept away by the exceptional hospitality of this place. We booked an HU through Club mahindra. The room was very spacious with a bay window withdirect view of Mount Kunchenjenga. The sunrise with bright rays of sun lighting up the snow-covered mountain took our breath away. There are several places in the resort where you can sit and enjoy the view. Coming to hospitality, the property is literally managed by angels. The staff is extremely courteous and always ready to help. We met Bhupender at the restaurant who made sure we were well taken care of. He is such a beautiful soul. During one of our walks to Bird Park, we met him and his friends on the way as it was their break time. The young boys accompanied us, slowing down to our pace and taking our pics. These boys were helping us even beyond their duty hours with a big bright brilliant smile on their faces. I have never met such amazing staff on any of my trips. The other staff at the Sisir, Santi Aneela, Chewang, Bazen, and Atish were also ready to serve the mouth-watering food with a smile. Also, they have some great talent at happy hub, Durga and sargam have such good voices. They should be in some singing reality show. There were two other beautiful girls (I don't know their names) who performed on traditional local songs. I am missing on so many names here the reception people, the housekeeping, everyone is doing an amazing job. I will remember this stay forever and would try to come back to this place as soon as possible.

I had the most delightful stay at Chumbi retreat and I can't wait to be back there. The staff is excellent and they went out of their way to ensure I had the best holiday. The location is stunning and you can literally view Kanchenjunga from the room. The food is excellent and I loved that they have incorporated the local culture in every aspect, from the decor, food to even organising cultural performances. Can't recommend the property enough!

Very good resort and staff were very courteous. Food is the best part at this resort and whatever we ordered was exceptionally well made. We had a very good time at the resort and had stayed for 3 nights. Though nothing connected with the resort the roads leading to this place are almost nonexistent and hope the govt does something about this as it will definitely improve tourism in Sikkim.

The Chumbi Resort was a luxurious experience & it has an exquisite gem with tranquil atmosphere....Anjana and Cheeki ensured that my room was neat & clean on a daily basis. The karaoke section with Durga& Sargam was extremely mesmerizing.

We have a awesome stay here.very authentic resort and if you really want to have peace of mind then this is the place. Staff is very good and humble.particulartlySanti, Sukdev,Chewang and Nira. We have a clear view of Kanchanjanga from room which was a mesmerizing experience.Food is very delicious.

Extremely hospitable and courteous team, whether housekeeping, restaurant or reception. Took very good care of us, very flexible. Excellent property and well maintained. We got awesome view of kanchanjangha from room. Beautiful experience coupled with very nice food made out vacation memorable.
