I'm sorry. Staying at a hotel feels like a test of courage! It turns out that price does not determine quality. Really not recommended. B*****! Lots of STRANGE noises. Whispering sounds, things moving by themselves in front of our eyes!
Already moved rooms because there were rats in it, eh in the next room I was disturbed by ***** to the point I couldn't sleep. Damn! At half past 1 am I went out to find another place to stay!
The housekeeping named Iqbal was really loud when we complained. We complained and wanted to find a win-win solution regarding the RATS problem in the room, but instead we were accused of deliberately looking for reasons to move rooms. Really useless, we wanted to rest and then wanted to look for problems, which is true! The TV was dead before the problem started. Hot water is just a marketing lure, I remember clearly the HK guy saying "our social life is the same, our lives are the same" oh how arrogant. But after a tense situation, he finally apologized. The receptionist was quite nice and friendly when we complained.. the girl wore a hijab and the older sister had long hair.
Standard food.
First and last time I went there! By GOD!
