We had a magical stay at 'Seven Havens' to celebrate my wife's birthday and the owners and staff couldn't have treated us better or have been more helpful, even setting up a romantic birthday meal and a surprise birthday dessert and song. We live in Lombok and the 360° views are spectacular and you are way up above the hustle and bustle of such a busy area, especially from the infinity pool and deck, which even the local monkeys enjoyed and provided massive entertainment when 2 of them came in for an early morning swim!!!!! The food was excellent and has really diverse menu and was perfectly balanced and not over-spiced or over-sweetened as often happens in such a varied menu and eventhough we were told that the resort was fully booked, we still had plenty of privacy, lots of special attention from the staff and felt as if we had the whole place to ourselves due to the way that it's been carefully planned and set up and we highly recommend it and can't wait to go back! Huge thanks to the owners and staff... It felt like being in a completely different place to everything going on around it and the views from the room was unbeatable and you made her birthday very special for both of us ,we just wish that we could give six stars!!!!

Quiet escape away from the noise to enjoy the nature. The staff was very hospitable, and the accommodations were superb, with an awesome view overlooking the valley. Loved the large balcony deck with the private pool, and the large room with a really comfortable bed to lie in.

I stayed at Seven Haven Residence during my trip to Lombok and honestly, it was one of the best choices I could have made. The location is great — peaceful, surrounded by nature, yet close enough to explore Kuta and its beautiful beaches. The swimming pool has an absolutely stunning view, and it’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of adventures. The rooms were clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a longer or shorter stay. The whole vibe of the hotel is super chill and calming, making it ideal for both travelers looking to unwind and remote workers who want a peaceful environment. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to make sure you have everything you need. If you're looking for a place in Lombok where you can truly recharge, I definitely recommend!

I had a great time staying at 7 havens! The view from the bedroom and private pool was amazing. The room and separate bathroom were spacious and clean. The driver (Sam) already informed me about the area during the 1h drive from the port to the villa. The very friendly staff was always there when I needed something. Food was amazingly good and well served, didn't have to go to another restaurant. I would definitely come back! Congrats to the owner & staff!

Wow, what a great find. This accommodation is the highest point in town. Views are amazing. The staff are wonderful, a big mention to Nani, Ujee and Amil! We were lucky enough to stay in the Ocen view room. 360 degree view right next a a beautiful infinity pool. Do yourself a favour and stay here!
