I stayed here for 2 nights with the aim of relaxing on the beach. Time passed slowly and I was able to refresh myself. The staff were very friendly and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again if I come to Lombok.

The staff are all very nice and eager to help. The resort is very beautiful just like the pictures and like out of the movies. The restaurant was great too!
It was quiet there and peaceful. It was perfect for me. All the guests are polite and nice.
Only one thing puzzles me. I ordered the ride to the public ferry the last day when I check out. The receptionist clearly told the driver to lead me to the public ferry location. However, the driver led me to a private ferry store. I spotted the scheme by the price. And then, while the driver was there with me, I was told to give the money to another guy. He seemed to be nice and tried to help. Until later on, I realized his helps require money at the end. He asked me specific price for his help and his friend. It was an awful experience. The public ferry was literally just opposite to the private stall. And the driver specifically pointed me to the private stall. I suspect they know each other.
I felt like I was framed just because I didn’t know and asked for help.
Be careful for all the travelers to Indonesia. There are a lot of nice people here, but also be alerted for schemes.

Located close to the airport. That was the main reason I selected this property. When we arrive, we were greeted with a big smile and he explained on the entire stay experience. Food is amazing at the restaurant. Service is commendable! The have great people working there and the property is located in a very quiet place in Lombok. Popular amongst surfers as we see them going in and out of the resort.
Overall, a great place to relax completely away from anything.

I contacted the hotel via email and was surprised at how quickly the response was.
The room was well appointed, and the food at the restaurant was delicious and well presented.
All the staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable, especially the front staff, who had an outstanding sense of hospitality.
I requested a shuttle at the hotel for the return trip (from the hotel to the airport), and the price was very reasonable. If you don't want to negotiate the price with a taxi driver, you may want to ask the hotel.
When we stayed there, everyone else was Westerners (older) and we had a really quiet and relaxing stay. I want to repeat it.

Stayed for 1 night here. Pros: Location is gorgeous. With views of mountains and the sea. The view is unbeatable. The staff are also very nice and accommodating. The prepared bfast for us earlier than scheduled as we had a flight to catch. The hotel itself is small n intimate, giving it a good vibe. The food was OK for us. We had the lobster which we felt was OK. For the price, we did hope for better but the lobster was huge n fresh. My nasi goreng was disappointing. Not spicy at all. Overall, for an Asian palette, have had better ard lombok. The bathroom was huge, clean n nice. Cons: Only 1 issue. Our bed was filled with small microscopic flies/bugs or smth. Very small but can still see them on the white sheets. They would not go away even with insect spray. We hardly slept as we could feel them on our face at times n on our bodies. Maybe it was due to the wet weather period. The hotel should find a solution. The beach is also very hard to walk on due to the type of sand. Though beautiful, it sinks your feet in. Not really for strolling. Overall, it's a secluded place. Very very pretty. Prob the best beach front area in Selong Belanak area. But giving a 3 star due to the bugs on the bed

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay at Segara Lombok. The resort is very clean, the staff is attentive and friendly, all our wishes were met with kindness and a smile. We felt at home from the moment we stepped in. Would love to come back and stay longer next time. Thank you to all the staff.
