The apartment is great! Very clean and everything is working in good condition. You have the cooking area, with utensils, pots and pans provided. Mini fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Not to forget they provide 2 packs of detergent for our 2 nights stay. However cooking will require us to open our balcony to prevent from triggering the smoke alarm. Just a breeze walk to the city centre. Parking available with reservation at the concierge.

There are a lot of street parking available outside the hotel. The room is comfortable and bed is super comfortable as well. Clean and new. Will come back and stay again as the price is also reasonable.

It's right next to King's Park. The location is good. There is a paid parking lot. On-street parking is free at night. The room is okay overall, but the space is relatively small. The hygiene of the room is not very thorough. There are still a few clothes left by the previous tenant in the closet garbage shopping bag

1. Check-in is quick, and there is luggage storage service after check-out, which is great. 2. The hygiene is very good, and the room supplies are very new. The supplies will be replaced every two days. According to actual testing, this time interval is reasonable. 3. The facilities are great, including microwaves/natural gas ovens/pots and dishes, etc., but the water heater is broken and we ended up using stainless steel boiled water. 4. The environment is very quiet, the small balcony is perfect for having breakfast🥣, there are plenty of green plants around, and there are parking spaces. 5. There is an emergency contact number posted at the door. Even if the front desk is off duty, the call will be answered instantly. This is so precious in Western Australia🥹🥹Because we passed the access control time at 7pm on the first night but did not bring it with us when we checked in. The door password and the timely service at the front desk were touching. 6.ps. Although there is a restaurant downstairs, it is not noisy at all. I stayed here for 4 days. And you must try it if you have the chance. The product is good and the presentation is beautiful. 7. It’s only a few hundred meters away from King Park. It’s very convenient. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the room. I only took a photo of the restaurant below.

Excellent customer service, hotel was clean and well presented. Little choccie treat was a hit with the kids, they accomodated a trundle bed for our little one. Carpark is small so tight squeeze for bigger cars, towels are smallish and very noisy from mainroad traffic. Overall very happy with stay it was close to our stadium

I booked this hotel thinking yeah look it’s not far from where I need to be and it’s cheap so that’s great. A few days before my stay I read the reviews and got a bit worried but I was still open minded. It was great, the staff were lovely, parking was a little difficult but there was lots of it. It was easily accessed all hours of the day, and even had some really cute vending machines. By no means is this a fancy hotel but if you’re just looking for something close to the city for a night or two it’s great. The rooms are such a amazing size for the price and they even have smart tvs in lounge?? The furniture has been updated (as some other reviews disagree), and honestly it was as spotless as could be. I’m a commercial cleaner myself and I can tell with minimal staff they’re really trying to make this a pleasant stay.Bed was comfy and warm, aircon ran well, elevators work and I had no noise complaints. My only negative is that you can tell it’s currently being used as a quarantine hotel by the trash waiting in the hallways and our neighbour had a bunch of cigarettes in their trash outside their door, aswell as the hallways are a little dirty but I can understand how hard it is to vacuum them 24/7. But overall my room was great and I really enjoyed my stay.
