We had a lovely stay at Canopy hotel. The room was great. A very comfortable bed, spacious, clean and a great bathroom. We made good use of the room and found things to be great. The Tv worked well. Although I did find the smaller details missing such as the smaller bathroom toiletries (earbuds etc) and a kettle to make tea. The pool, gym, restaurant and rooftop bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed the Canopy and would stay here again as well as recommend it to others. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile. The rooftop pool was very unique and offers beautiful views of the marina. The rooftop bar served great drinks and delicious food. Everything in our room was extremely nice and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is also in a prime location with everything within 10 minutes. Lastly, we enjoyed the extra amenities including the hotel bikes and shuttle service that takes you within a certain vicinity of the hotel at no charge. Overall, this was a 10/10 stay!

This was an amazing experience. The rooms were super spacious. Very clean exactly what I was looking for. We had stayed at a nearby hotel and the two bedroom suites are horrible. The only thing I have to say is that they call it a three-bedroom suite, but it's really two bedroom because they include the family as a third bedroom. It's a little bit misleading but the space is amazing!! Would definitely recommend!!

Hotel stay was exceptional. Thanks to Seth Teitelbaum he made the reason for my stay most memorable. The parking, restaurant, and cleaning staff were also very accommodating and went above and beyond. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Beautiful, clean property & that also goes for the rooms! We were very pleased with our stay from the valets, to the lobby staff & both restaurant’s staff - very professional, everyone had great customer service! We had 3 meals there (2 at Treehouse & 1 at Banter) and ALL of our food and drinks were fantastic! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Canopy & the next time we’re in town, they will definitely be our go to hotel - thank you for a great experience and we look forward to coming back!

I recently stayed at the Canopy hotel. While the hotel itself looks beautiful and clean, the service was very disappointing. Housekeeping never came to clean the room, even though I was out from 9 AM to 6 PM every day. I had to call the front desk multiple times just to ask for towels and shampoo, and it took them over two hours to bring them. There’s a restaurant downstairs, but it’s constantly closed and there’s no sign with the hours, so you never know when it’s open. I also found out on the last day that they have a gym on the 6th floor—no one mentioned it, and there was no information provided about the hotel’s amenities. Overall, the lack of communication and poor service really took away from the experience.

We had to find a hotel last minute for one night as my flight was canceled on the way to the airport. Based on the reviews I booked a room through ******* and I was glad I did. The hotel front desk staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean, great breakfast, and nice location!! It was a quick stay but overall, I was happy with my experience!!
