The location is not very safe. Lots of loiters. Hotel is less than average for amenities and just a basic lower class hotel. Very disappointing

Charge you a deposite every time you book a night then takes 3 to 5 days to get ot back. Third party or not tou dont charge a deposite everytime. No sheets on pull out couch stains on beds dogs barking all night, workers pushing carts all night.

The property was newly renovated however, the bath tub was dirty, the phone in the room doesn't work and the mattress had stains. Housekeeping was lack of towels.

Their queen bed size was like full bed mattress size. The property is very old and not clean.

Great staff at the front desk, very courteous and accommodating. The first room had plumbing issues and they quickly changed it to another room. The area surrounding the hotel is a lower income area and it appears that the hotel may be used for housing low income families. The property is also very close to Turnpike which creates a little noise. But it was fairly priced and clean rooms.

Was there for three days the second day nobody cleaned the room or made the bed or brought towels. most importantly, there was no Wi-Fi in the whole building for the duration of my.

Bathroom in the lobby out of order.
Toilet did not work properly
Grounds were untidy.

Customer service was quite rude with another customer. Air conditioner made noise all night and tv did not work. Wi do and internet were down made for a very boring night
