The properties in a high congested area, but a lot of traffic and exhaust. There are a few shady characters in and around the property, but for the most part, don’t bother you.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Everyone was friendly. Did not like that we were charged $7 for parking. We were not told that beforehand.

It was nice that the hotel was so close to the Busch Gardens parks and that there was a shuttle to the parks but the breakfast buffet was often out of items, the phones in the room could not call the front deak, the room service did not deliver and the staff were rude when we tried to order room service.

Overall nice hotel ,Nice Staff ,The bartender Julie has great customer service, only thing that i didn't like was the tv only had 50 channels not even good ones
