I stayed at this hotel on a work trip because it is very close to my office in WPB. I was told it had recently undergone renovations which is surprising because I did not think it was that old. In any case, it looks like they have a few "bugs" in the system with the renovation. I was in room 408 and found that the clock was 1 hour off but I could not change the time (it was controlled by the hotel) -- I guess most people use their phones so this was not too big a deal. The AC was not turning on but fortunately it was cool (in mid 70's) so it only felt a little warm at night. The faucet in the bathroom had the hot/cold water lines switched so you got hot water when you expected cold and vice-versa. None of these items are that big a deal (except the AC will be in a few months) but it is apparent that nobody went back to check the work of the contractor on the upgrade. The room itself is relatively big and is nice. The breakfast in the morning that they serve is pretty good as well. I would give it 5 stars once they get the bugs worked out.

Horrible experience!! Paid $200 for an awful stay.
There was hole under the sink. No thermostat in room. The towels had hair on it. Very disappointing.

Staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel part of the Hampton Inn Family. The gym is outstanding for a hotel and my breakfast was delicious. Waffles as big as a Brevard County pothole!!
And the sugar cane grows real tall

I previously stayed at your location and had no problems this time it was a disaster for the following reasons.
1. Difficulty checking in.
2. Toilet overflow & Slow Clean Up time
3. Flies at breakfast table
4. Lack of cookies dispensed

My stay was overall great. The breakfasts go from really good to somewhat meh. The staff at this hotel are all kind and helpful. It’s definitely worth the money.

Our newly renovated room was perfect. Quiet, spacious and clean. There was construction in the lobby area as the hotel is under renovation but it did not take away from our stay. Staff friendly and accommodating. Convenient location. I’d stay here again.
