Courtyard by Marriott West Palm Beach Airport

Staff went out of their way to be kind helpful. Very polite and well mannered. Made us feel right at home!

Overall I feel like this hotel was okay. To start with the staff was EXCELLENT. Super friendly and approachable. They were quick with my check in and check out. I literally have no complaints about the staff, they were the best part of the stay. The room was mostly clean. But I feel like the carpet did smell kind of musty. Bathroom was out of date and needs an upgrade. The room was hot when I got in and had a hard time cooling at first. Then I realized that the window has a small gap where the hot air gets in so for the rest of the stay I kept the curtains shut which helped keep the hot air out and allowed the room to get cold. Aside from that everything was good with the room, up until I was leaving. As I was walking out the room, there was a small roach above the door. So that kinda ******. I didn’t complain or say anything at the front desk about anything because I had to leave for work and I didn’t want to cause a fuss. But for sure, the room and elevator need upgrades. The lobby is nice and chic and the cafe was cute.

This property will be renovated soon which would be great. The room i stayed in had stains on carpeting and walls which should've been cleaned. Photos were shown to management before departing my four day stay. I was informed by manager on duty that renovation to hotel is in the near future.

It was okay. The bathroom door jams were rusted, couch looked unclean and the shower had build up under the soap holder. The room smelled old. Overall it was okay but not enough to do at this location. It needs updating!

great friendly front desk staff despite late night check in. room however very rundown and more like an old roadside motel.
