The property was covered in trash. Broken chairs outside in the common area. They were dirty and tipped over. Garbage piled up on the street and outside the room beside us. The people on the right fought all night. The woman and her small child left and all their belongings were left in front of our door. 7
The towels smelled musty. Some had bleach stains.
There was no way to control the AC on either unit. I asked for assistance. Noone responded. The ceiling fans didn't work.
Out the back door was a washer and dryer with trash all around them.
The man next door smoked **** all last night and this morning. The smell was STRONG and all through our space.
There were 5 people. There were toiletries and toilet paper for 3.
Very disappointed for the $!
Positives...... nice kitchen. Bathroom was clean.

Horrible stay would not recommend. I tried to cancel the booking after I noticed a $100 hidden cleaning fee. They did not let me cancel or refund. The check in is with the phone there is no office and they barely answer I had to call several times and wait a long while before we could check in. They say the rooms are non smoking but smells like straight cigarettes when you walk in. The AC was not working I was hot as hell all night. The shower is small don’t try to fit another person. I felt so uncomfortable in the hot ass room and since there is no office there was no way to talk to anyone to fix it. The only good thing is location because you can literally walk to the beach within less than five minutes. The bed was super hard my back was killing me the next day. Horrible stay would not come back ever! They really get you with the hidden fee so keep an eye out it’s $100 for cleaning which cost more than the room itself and they don’t let you cancel even if you call within 24 hrs of the booking.

Unit a/c is only in bedroom and the rest stay piping hot !! Mgr promised copy of receipt for clean fee and never sent after various promises
Not enough towels and sheets for a long weekend
Avoid if possible this place as it’s not good and in area of high end rentals !! not recommended

Not bad but not the best
The stay wasnt overall bad, the only AC unit in the room was in the bedroom so the living room area was warm. The fan in living room area did not work and when I called front desk to fix it, no one came. Bed was too creaky and hard and the air mattress kept deflating.

Disappointing and Unsafe Stay – Relocated, Unclean
Our experience was far from what we expected. Before arriving, we were relocated to a different building in a noticeably less safe and rundown area—nowhere near the original location we specifically booked to be close to family staying at a Marriott across the street. Instead of walking, we had to drive each day, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
The unit itself was in poor condition. The WiFi password provided never worked, we found roaches in the pull-out couch, and there were food remnants and personal items left from a previous guest, indicating it hadn’t been properly cleaned.
Between the unsanitary conditions and the unsafe surroundings, we decided to leave earlier than planned. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Please contact the property 24 hours prior your stay, when I got there it took me about 10 minutes to reach the owner there is no office, that was a little frustrated because I couldn’t get to the apartment right away. I found a roach in the bathroom but other than that is clean inside the sheets smelled bad. The apartment is a good size and has hot and cold water. It’s walking distance to the beach and has many restaurants with great options walking distance too.

If youre not bouje this is the perfect place. The check-in couldve been better as i had to contact them to get the check-in code even though it was past check-in time. Personally feel like they shouldve reached out, but whatever. It was nice for what it was.
