The smell was so bad. The hallway carpets were so dirty the room had pee in the toilet the desk chair had never been washed or dusted and the mirrors were not clean . Went to dinner and came back to hotel and of course my key didnt work. I will never stay at a hilton and couldnt do nothing because i had booked third party

the property was close to restaurants and other amenities. Since it was a Hilton, I would have assumed the building and rooms would have been in better condition. It could use an update. Other wise it was fine.

This was horrible! We’ve stayed at a number of Hilton Garden Inns and have had great experiences. This one however was dirty and falling apart. The water was brown (which the staff said was because of the city?), so had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. The plumbing was bad and it took a long time to get hot water, dirty furniture and carpets in the hallway and room, air conditioning broken in the lobby, monument sign in front of the property was laying on the ground, rusty tub, heavy “skunk ****” smell in the hallway and the bar and restaurant were sub-par as compared to other Hilton Garden Inns. I should have paid more attention to the previous reviews. I would not recommend the hotel at all, in fact Hilton should close this location!

This property should not be operating in the current condition of the building. Leaky HVAC, bugs falling out of the vents on to beds, rusted showers, poor quality control & maintenance, pee stains on the mattresses with no zipper covers, stained linens, musty, moist air in the rooms, broken A/C, NO TOWELS OR WASHCLOTHS... the list just kept growing.
This needs to be shut down for renovation. It is a disgrace to the Hilton brand.

The property is old and can use an upgrade . The carpets are really dirty , for the money that they are charging. The staff are super nice . Safe and Easy access to highways .

Hotel was bit outdated in rooms, but overall was very clean and that is what mattered the most to me. Staff were very nice and helpful. Also, the breakfast was very good!! Overall a great experience!

Eh, the lobby is nice. That's about it.
The room was clean overall, but the sheets had stains. The staff was nice. The hotel, other than the lobby, is dated. They clearly haven't updated rooms in a while. They put all the money into the lobby, bar, and breakfast area . Breakfast, although included in our reservation, is regularly $15. The breakfast itself was subpar, especially considering it is usually added as an extra charge. I've worked at hotels before; this type of property screams of an ownership group that is milking the last life out of the dated hotel before it is sold off to another group.
The lobby is nice, and that is what you'll see shown on pictures most. They're going to sell the lobby space as much as they can. The rooms are nothing special; even the TV is just cable, unlike most hotels these days which include apps, etc. And the rooms was small for a king suite. They did have a lot of extra space in lobby, conference rooms, office space, etc.
All that to say: very lack luster.
