Very convincing to Southland ******, however some hotels in area are much cheaper and look similar or better for your money. I believe the rate is due to ****** being right across the street.

The check in was fast and easy. They make you pay a $50 deposit that you get back at checkout. They called the room right before 11 and said time to go. Lol but the room was clean and spacious but the microwave was disgusting like something exploded in it and started rotting. Definetly would throw that out.

Decent place to stay and cat friendly. ****** within walking distance for play or eating and drinking. Also walkable to a nice Mexican restaurant..Margaritas.
Will stay here again.

This particular location was ALOT cleaner than other RRI's I have stayed at. The bed was very comfortable. Can't beat it for a hotel room stay under $70 for 2 people! I will stay here again, no questions asked.
