SpringHill Suites West Melbourne Palm Bay

Fantastic hotel with beautiful spotless modern rooms Nice gym and excellent pool. Staff very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful Breakfast was just fine also Only thing I could say which isn’t positive is I’ve stayed in a couple of Avid hotels this week and they have 24/7 fresh. coffee available.

The staff at the desk were both helpful and friendly. The evening front desk associate even lent my husband his charger which was very kind.

This hotel was the best hotel I’ve stayed in the Space Coast area! Strategic location, super clean and the staff were very professional and friendly. I rate my stay 10/10 at the SpringHills Suites.

Nice hotel, a couple of things to know before you This hotel is relatively new and well kept. Front desk staff was friendly and polite. I'm glad I booked two rooms for 4 people. It would have been uncomfortable showering in the bathroom. The bathroom has a barn door with frosted glass. People in the room can see silouettes through the frosted glass. There was a nughtlight in the bathroom which glowed through the barn door. It was a little much, but no nightlight was pitch dark. There is a light that is motion sensatibe that we never figured out over our 6 day stay. We were disappointed the coffee was only available during breakfast hours, but delighted there were allergy friendly creamer options. My husband reported back that the staff member working breakfast was snarky. On a seperate occasion another family member reported breakfast staff being rude to a woman with a child. Yes, we would stay here again.

Great Hotel. We have stayed in hotels all over Melbourne and this one tops them all. Staff is super nice, hotel is clean, rooms are comfy and clean, great pool, and great breakfast. This will be the one we stay at from now on.
