Just the best b&b you will find for miles, sleep quality better than some 5* hotels with a simba mattress. Breakfast freshly cooked with plenty of choice. Sef and Shaan make you so welcome you wont want to leave

Beautiful and really comfortable room. The owners Shaan and Sef are most welcoming and go out of their way to help in any way that they can. Lovely cooked breakfast is offered and an evening meal if wanted. There are no rest as close by and it is difficult to walk anywhere nearby we found.

We stayed at Tumbleweed Cottage as a stop off on a trip north. Easily located off the A1 and just the most charming night's stay. The cottage has been renovated beautifully- lovely pictures on the wall, great room, comfy bed, sky tv, good bathroom and shower. All well thought out and well done. The breakfast was great. Lots of food - again, well thought out with lots of choice. The couple who run the cottage are so kind. They both went out of their way to make sure our stay was a good one. Thank you so much. Highly recommended

Where do we even start?
A truly wonderful stay from start to finish. Shaan and Sef are fantastic hosts and made us feel comfortable from start to finish.
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for a friends wedding and the location was perfect. The area is very quiet and extremely beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was really powerful and the breakfast was really tasty!
Thankyou so much Shaan and Sef, you went above and beyond for us, from moving us to the bigger room, to the wedding essentials pack, to the takeaway breakfast on the Sunday!
The Sunday brekfast was greatly enjoyed on our car journey home and certainly helped the hangover😉.
Overall, you are both truly naturals and hosting and we could not fault anything.

Tumbleweed Cottage is a beautiful hidden jem that myself and Kay will be visiting frequently for many years to come , Shaan and Sef made us feel so welcome and so comfortable with our stay we wished we could've booked for longer,
The Rooms are beautiful with fabulous views of the garden . Breakfast was amazing and Sef's fresh summer fruit yoghurts are just scrumptious,
We will be back again with our children (dogs) and walk through the village,

Very comfortable The hosts are very welcoming. Breakfast is amazing, but the best thing for us this time ( our second visit) is that the hosts now offer a one course dinner with bottler of wine for two xfor £50. Great deal. Saves driving out for dinner Very nice curry that night

Totally made welcome and looked after from arriving to leaving. Nice quiet location and very easy to find. Great guys and a great full English breakfast. Plenty of teas and coffee, plus other cereals available. Complementary fruit bowl available too. Thank you.

Didn’t want to go home. Felt like I was leaving my brothers. Two amazing guys that will go out of their way, to cater to your needs. Food was 5*. And very very tasty. The room was above and beyond, clean as a whistle. Great place Love Alan & Diane x x
