Don’t go; this hotel is to be avoided. I stayed there for 3 days, as soon as I arrived I noticed that the shower faucet was broken. I negotiated to change rooms. the next day, no cleaning in my room. Bed not redone, towels not changed, no cleaning. And reception refusal to clean the room, no staff available. breakfast is minimal, just passable. As for the staff, no friendliness, not even a hello in the morning. I am familiar with the hotels of this chain, which generally give me satisfaction, but this hotel is really pathetic. there are other hotels nearby, avoid this one.

Very loud, my room is 232 next to the laundry and stair door. The cleaning staff knock really hard at 10am and open the door without permission. The hotel is very clean by the way. Price is very good. The service can be improved.

Our room was not cleaned for the last night we were there. We went to main desk and were told that WE told the cleaning staff not to clean our room 224. We did not have clean towels for that night or in the morning. We never spoke to anyone from the cleaning staff concerning cleaning the room.

Towels were disgusting in the room. All stained. Hotel was falling apart and had a nasty smell. Will not be back

We were excited to find a reasonably priced hotel near the shore. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't hot, the room keys repeatedly needed re-keying to acces our rooms. Breakfast was served by a very unhygienic person, and there wasn't enough juice for everyone in the hotel. We were told there'd be more tomorrow. Unsatisfying stay to day the least.

Don't bother with this one.
I called within the cancellation window to confirm that the oil and hot tub were working (selling point for me), and I was assured they were.
Arrived and the hot tub was NOT working and found it later that it hasn't worked for over a month.
No towels in the pool room, had to wait for them to "dry them", not enough towels in the two rooms I booked, phones were down (also found out they have been down over a month), manager is ghosting me and not responding to emails or calls.
Badly managed property.
