Zhejiang Hotel

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

We are very satisfied with this hotel As they provide stuffs that exceeding others .scissors, standing fan, air purifier, complementary snacks , beverages etc. Hotel breakfast is good with many selections asean and western food . They provide coffee maker and fruit juicer. Expresso, Double Expresso, Americano . We will be back to this hotel as the staffs there are politely attending your inquiry. They even lead us to our room helping Carry luggage and refusing to take any tips. Last not least, room is spacious enough.

great location、not far from xihu lake。 so many restaurant around here including the night market.

Breakfast is unbeatable!! You may take an hour trying as much dishes as you wish 😋. Hotel room is old but clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. MRT Fengqi Exit B (escalator upward to the road) , Exit F (behind the hotel building has both up and down escalators and you can access to-from hotel’s back door.

The hotel is located near Xihu and metro station. The staffs were very helpful and friendly, they did a great job to make sure my family have a comfortable stay.

Hotel location and services by staff were great. Particularly like that there is a laundry room in the hotel equipped with two washing machines and a dryer. Hotel staff also help to keep your laundry if you can't afford to wait for clothes to dry up.
