This space is perfect for a long weekend getaway or a long-term stay in the SLC area (it’s about 15 minutes from the SLC airport and 15-20 minutes outside of downtown SLC). This beautiful basement apartment has a seperate entrance on the west side of the house for your privacy which is right in front of where you park for easy & close access.The suite includes a private full bathroom, washer/Dryer, a full kitchen with full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all of your kitchen needs.The family room & master bedroom have new smart TVs so you could access your streaming accounts.The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, desk, and new smart TV.
