The staff was great, but they didn't have any rooms ready when we were checking in, which had never happened before, and we were checking in about 2-3 hours after the check-in time started.

Clean, spacious, close to shopping area and restaurants. The room is not soundproofed very good though. We could hear everytime the other room’s door closing, and every luggage wheels rolling. But overall, a very enjoyable stay.

If you need a week or more stay here. Other places are dirty. This is very very clean and newer. A lot of extended stays have permanent residents, this seemed like that was not the case.

Hard beds I know that it was an extended stay hotel but it wasn't very homie at all, the bed was hard we had 1 towel for 2 day stay. Staff was always on break or missing. It was new and clean. Not my favorite place to stay

Meh Almost new construction but already have places where things are broken or not working. Also, no art very stark. 3 night stay and no service.

This property provides a kitchen (with full sized refrigerator, microwave, and 2-plate stovetop), a comfortable space, and it was clean. Of note, there are no kitchen supplies including pots/pans, plates/utensils, dish soap/towels, etc….but…on this trip we only needed the refrigerator and microwave so the space worked out well for us. In the future, I’d love to see this place outfit the kitchen better for regular travelers that aren’t using it for temporary housing which we found out seems to be the main business model. The parking was ample with a well lit parking lot. And the area was walkable (or very easily drivable) to lots of stores, restaurants, and a movie theater. The staff was great! Stephanie (I hope I am remembering her name, correctly) was very helpful, professional, and friendly. I believe she was one of the managers…and rightly so. She performed her job well, making guests feel welcome! We also wanted to put in a good word for Marty. It was evident that he was a hard worker as we saw him cleaning/sweeping/mopping several times during our stay…all while manning the front desk. He was professional and efficient, yet, very friendly…an asset to any employer. Please tell him the couple with the blue Thunderbird (that way he’ll remember who) said thank you for making our stay even nicer.
