Staying in a deluxe room was much much better than an executive suite, hotel fulfilled our request to decorate our room for the anniversary. We started to enjoy our stay after our first day staying in executive suite ended up with disappointment, breakfast area very crowded but it's fine and restaurant staffs doing excellent job. When we check out Joshua very nice and professional, and we would be happy to stay again with Pullman in the future.

Major issues with cleanliness: musty room, itchy bedsheet, smelly new towels (with long hair strands in its inner fold!), pee-stained toilet bowl&seat upon check-in. Pool water is murky and greenish, gym smells of lingering dried sweat. Hotel decor is unique, location is great, staff is friendly. Maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of the whole hotel is a major issue.

Nice stay overall. Location is strategic. The bathroom in the normal deluxe room was a bit old (bathtub only shower), so we requested for an upgrade to grand premium room which had a proper shower room. But, it was pleasant. The reception desks were all very attentive and responsible.

Choosing this hotel based on my local friend recommendation because near to Central Park Mall. I was a little disappointed when i found few long hairs on the bed/under the duvet cover. Hope Trip.com able to communicate with hotel for their housekeeping improvement.

RRichie BurnOverall, my stay was decent. The location was excellent—just a short walk to several convenience stores and restaurants, and directly connected to a mall. Facilities were satisfactory, and the check-in process was smooth.
However, the room felt quite dated, with visible scratches and marks on the walls. Amenities were lacking—no towels were provided, and other basic items were missing. While the general facilities were acceptable, the overall value for money could have been better. For the same price, budget hotels like Harris, Ibis, or Yelo might offer a better experience.

HHoàngThe service is good, people are friendly and willing to help any of your need. The room was cozy and nice, one minus point is they don't have shampoo for you, so you have to prepare yourself. The massage service is good and reasonable price. Also the foods on the rooftop cafe, very convenient and tasty. The location is a bit deep inside a residential area.

QQBearThis seemed like a nice hotel. Room was spacious and had needed amenities. Nice swimming pool area which is a very good location for pool parties or unique corporate events. Overall I don’t think there were any problems here except my checking into the hotel was late at night and as such did not fully utilised the whole day. Hotel could offer complimentary breakfast for guests with similar situation. Despite it being a very common tourism gap: it doesn’t make sense to pay the same rate as a 22hours night then day/night usage or 12hours. But it’s ok small matter

The young boy at the staff is clumsy. Even if you say hello or talk, you will see your face, but you will not reply immediately. But not a bad person.
They will keep your luggage and make various flexibility.
Breakfast is only bread and jam, conflakes and milk. The milk is left at room temperature and the rest is used the next day. I drank the milk on the first day of my stay and squeezed all day long.
I never cleaned the room during the 4 nights. I asked for cleaning only on the last day, but he still didn't do it. He forgot to clean it. However, the wish of storing the delivery in the freezer was fulfilled properly.
I made a reservation at a big discount, but it is cheaper to pay locally 〜
I think I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

AArdhiLocation is great. Near Central Park mall and easy to find food around. But the hotel is old and lack of maintenance. Hotel is dark and sometimes they dont give you towel if you're not asking.
