Ccandylicious1234I had a wonderful stay at Brits Hotel Puri Indah. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants. The breakfast selection was decent, offering a mix of local and international options. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Would definitely stay here again!

HHieng HoweThere is a washing machine in the room I booked and a pantry with a family size fridge. Room is very big and very comfortable. The hotel gym has free weights up to at least 20kg dumbbells and a smith’s machine. Swimming pool is at the edge og the hotel and overlook the city line.

PPHILLIP JAMESThis hotel is about 25 mins from the airport, the journey back to the airport is little shorter, about (20 mins) due to favourable freeway access. The hotel facilities are great, including a rooftop pool (super clean) and an excellent gym. There is a range of deckchairs and comfortable lounges. Most importantly, this hotel is connected to a shopping centre with range of restaurants including fast food (Burger King) and more refined options, including Chinese and Japanese restaurants. The mall also has a large supermarket (ground level) and Uniqlo chain store. In addition, there is another low cost shopping mall, just across the freeway, accessed via pedestrian pathway. (a 5 minute walk) This is great for clothing at super bargain prices. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and obliging. The rooms have all the essentials and my room (on the 15 floor) is also had great city views. Internet connection is fine and TV channels are OK, but there is no BBC and CNN. My only concern is the bathroom. The bathroom is very tiny and there limited bench space for your own toiletries. In addition, when the taking a shower, the water floods the bathroom floor, hitting the toilet. You need to use bathroom towels to mob the floor, after a shower. A simple shower curtain is required here. The toilet roll holder is difficult to access, (behind you) meaning you need to remove the roll to use. I booked this hotel last minute and therefore my hotel room rate was a little expensive compared to other options. Still, overall, I would recommend this hotel for its shopping mall, the fantastic swimming pool, and overall quality of hotel (despite the bathroom issue).

TTravel RythmStaying in a deluxe room was much much better than an executive suite, hotel fulfilled our request to decorate our room for the anniversary. We started to enjoy our stay after our first day staying in executive suite ended up with disappointment, breakfast area very crowded but it's fine and restaurant staffs doing excellent job. When we check out Joshua very nice and professional, and we would be happy to stay again with Pullman in the future.

Unfortunately not so soundproof so I was woken up by vacuuming sounds around 8am in the morning, but overall not a big deal.

SSharon PSThe hotel front desk requested 100,000rp as deposit upon check-in. A receipt was given and we have to keep it to get back our deposit upon check out. However, in Trip.com this clause was not mentioned. The road that leading to the hotel entrance was very dirty and have lots of holes with dirty smelly water. It made the whole environment surrounding the external of the hotel very unpleasant. The was staircase leading to the lobby hence it made it not so convenient for elderly people. The location is very close to Glodok Chinatown. There's also City Walk Mall and Grand Paragon Mall within walking distance. There are quite a varieties of local eateries outside of hotel. The local eatery just at the right corner of the hotel main road served the best Fried Kuey Teow and Fried Rice after 5pm. The lobby filled with cigarette smell. It considers quite old hotel with very aging yellowish aircond but it can work. The bathroom design was superb as the water flow directly into the drain hole. However, there wasn't any air ventilation in the bathroom. The sink inside bathroom was a bit dirty. The toilet bowl seemed hard to flush water because the water pressure was very low. Have to press the flush button few times everytime we passed motion. The hotel room door has a very huge gap on top and side portion after we closed our room door. When other hotel guest smoking and walking outside our room corridor, we can smell the 2nd hand smoke and heard noises when people talking outside of the corridor. The hotel served decent breakfast although the room rate consider at lower range pricing. Only the coffee served was not hot and very light.
