"It was a very nice stay. They provided a microwave and an extra refrigerator for us. We were on Sunset dr right across from the comedy store. There were certain restaurants that was walking distance. We went there for New Year’s, and the party was at the hotel so we didn’t have to go anywhere. Met a few celebrities as well and I love the safety of the elevators. The only negative is they provided us a stained blanket for my daughter but they quickly replaced it as soon as i reported it. I recommend."

"Strong Negative reviews Lodging coffee at the bar for the first time in a hotel is charged for poor visibility. The top-level open-air leisure space actually requires tickets. The hotel also charges a fee, and will not stay again in the future. ”Hello, regarding this bill, the hotel told us that US $ 42.72 is a mini bar purchase, US $ 33.85 is a destination fee, and 183.85 is a pre-authorization. "When I was inexplicably leaving the store, I said that I had to accept Amenity Fee. It seemed to be 30 knives. I didn’t explain anything when I first checked in. I don't know if the corresponding cost is a disposable toothbrush. There are drinks and snacks in the room, but there are no prices. The hotel is relatively new, so health is OK. But the price is relatively low cost. Not recommended to stay! Can't talk about any good experience"

"The room is very different from the pictures on the website. The pictures on the website are not real pictures and the room is very small. When I checked in at the front desk, a room was not available until 4 o'clock. It was recommended to upgrade the room for an extra fee. Normally, the room should be given at 2 o'clock. Because I was tired from the long distance, I was not willing to wait for the extra fee to change rooms!
They did not proactively provide the bill when checking out, and did not allow confirmation. After asking for a printout, they discovered that they had been charged a parking fee, and there was no car at all! After questioning, the fee will be refunded after confirmation of reply. There are other miscellaneous charges, so I won’t go into details about various taxes!
The overall standard of the hotel is no more than 4 stars, and there is nothing superior except for its location on Sunset Boulevard!"

"The room is not big. We were assigned a room on the fourth floor facing the street. However, it was not noisy once the window was closed. The hotel provides shower gel, shampoo, small soap, and slippers. You need to prepare other things such as toothbrushes and shower caps. There are breakfast rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. There are usually more people on the 3rd floor. The coffee machine at the entrance of the breakfast room on the 3rd floor has hot water and can be used 24 hours a day, which provides convenience for us to drink hot water. The swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel is very beautiful. It would be perfect if we could live on the first floor. There are also self-service vending machines and ice machines on the first floor. The facilities are good. The hotel is not very luxurious, but it is very comfortable and warm. Moreover, the hotel is in a superior location, not far from various attractions, very convenient and safe, and there is no problem relying on Uber for travel."

GGuest UserThis is really an exceptional hotel. All of the staff seems very focused on making guests feel welcome and valued. This starts from the people who greeted us at the car and continued with every interaction that we had. The rooms are REALLY nice - with great balconies and the breakfast buffet includes nice items (the smoked salmon was a personal favorite). My family has been lucky to stay at many highly rated hotels, but the London is probably our new top hotel for service in the US. We all agreed the staff is better trained than the Four Seasons we stayed at last year in Hawaii... and the staff is ALWAYS looking for ways to care for guests.
I expected to like the hotel since friends have said nice things about it, but it really exceeded our expectations and we will be returning on our next visit to LA.

ZZHUQINGThe first time I go to LA to play here, the location is good, it is convenient to taxi from Universal Studios and Beverly Hills, more than 20 minutes. You can walk to Melrose Avenue, there is a shake shack next to the hotel, it is delicious. The decor is good and the rooms are large. Toiletries and slippers are provided.

The best feature about this hotel is that almost everyday there is a special event happening in the lobby . Mainly music is involved , it’s great for people to come together and get to know new artists and locals .
Rooms are great.
Pool is cool just doesn’t get much sun compared to others.

There is a water room on each floor where you can get water (but the one on my floor was broken during my stay). The housekeeper is also very security-conscious. While they were cleaning, I went into the room to get something, and the housekeeper asked me to swipe my card before I could enter the room. Not bad, very safe 👍🏻 Recommended
