Pay attention to the deposit of 500 US dollars per night. I don’t know if others are like this. Anyway, I am like this. When I woke up one morning, I suddenly saw a credit card with 1,000 US dollars. I went to the front desk and asked about the deposit. I didn’t know it before I checked in. The facilities are relatively new, the rooftop swimming pool is very beautiful, and I have never experienced other facilities, so I feel that it may not be worth the price

This is really an exceptional hotel. All of the staff seems very focused on making guests feel welcome and valued. This starts from the people who greeted us at the car and continued with every interaction that we had. The rooms are REALLY nice - with great balconies and the breakfast buffet includes nice items (the smoked salmon was a personal favorite). My family has been lucky to stay at many highly rated hotels, but the London is probably our new top hotel for service in the US. We all agreed the staff is better trained than the Four Seasons we stayed at last year in Hawaii... and the staff is ALWAYS looking for ways to care for guests. I expected to like the hotel since friends have said nice things about it, but it really exceeded our expectations and we will be returning on our next visit to LA.

Hotel room space can also be very good location to go to popular attractions not far from the hotel looks like just opened the lobby is still renovated now got a temporary lobby parking fee for one night 46 US dollars service staff is very warm in all aspects except our room air conditioning is really It’s too noisy, I don’t know if it’s the same as our room.

Hotel location is general, travel car rental or Uber is better, stayed for four nights, the first night of the deduction of 400 knife pre-authorization, was informed, the second and third night respectively deducted me 35 and 250 knives, is Did not say, the hotel front desk can not find out why the deduction, only contact with the bank overnight, for a long time, the room service also stole a new doll with a tag? It was a very nice stay. They provided a microwave and an extra refrigerator for us. We were on Sunset dr right across from the comedy store. There were certain restaurants that was walking distance. We went there for New Year’s, and the party was at the hotel so we didn’t have to go anywhere. Met a few celebrities as well and I love the safety of the elevators. The only negative is they provided us a stained blanket for my daughter but they quickly replaced it as soon as i reported it. I recommend.

The room is very different from the pictures on the website. The pictures on the website are not real pictures and the room is very small. When I checked in at the front desk, a room was not available until 4 o'clock. It was recommended to upgrade the room for an extra fee. Normally, the room should be given at 2 o'clock. Because I was tired from the long distance, I was not willing to wait for the extra fee to change rooms! They did not proactively provide the bill when checking out, and did not allow confirmation. After asking for a printout, they discovered that they had been charged a parking fee, and there was no car at all! After questioning, the fee will be refunded after confirmation of reply. There are other miscellaneous charges, so I won’t go into details about various taxes! The overall standard of the hotel is no more than 4 stars, and there is nothing superior except for its location on Sunset Boulevard!
