It was a very nice stay. They provided a microwave and an extra refrigerator for us. We were on Sunset dr right across from the comedy store. There were certain restaurants that was walking distance. We went there for New Year’s, and the party was at the hotel so we didn’t have to go anywhere. Met a few celebrities as well and I love the safety of the elevators. The only negative is they provided us a stained blanket for my daughter but they quickly replaced it as soon as i reported it. I recommend.

The room is very different from the pictures on the website. The pictures on the website are not real pictures and the room is very small. When I checked in at the front desk, a room was not available until 4 o'clock. It was recommended to upgrade the room for an extra fee. Normally, the room should be given at 2 o'clock. Because I was tired from the long distance, I was not willing to wait for the extra fee to change rooms! They did not proactively provide the bill when checking out, and did not allow confirmation. After asking for a printout, they discovered that they had been charged a parking fee, and there was no car at all! After questioning, the fee will be refunded after confirmation of reply.
