Clean and nice hotel. Beds seemed smaller than advertised. Breakfast was ok. Overall a good experience.

Hotel staff was very nice. We checked in with Vinny. We were having problems with the room key and Vinny came and realized the batteries had to be changed on the lock. Keys worked fine after. We asked him if he knew of any breweries/restaurants in the area and he suggested a few, which we took his suggestion of Troggs and really enjoyed it. Our room (302) was clean and roomy with one king size bed and a chair. Beds were nice and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of hot beverages, oj, milk, yogurt, cereal, different breads, waffle maker, sausage and scrambled eggs. I can’t comment on the indoor pool as we did not use it. We got a great nights sleep, no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

A great hotel for an overnight stay. Close to Hershey park, good breakfast, clean and felt safe. Rates were very reasonable on a weekday. The room had only shower stall, no tub. Fine for us, but could be an issue if trying to bathe a small child. Staff were pleasant. Will stay again.

Not too bad of a hotel for the price. Convenient to Hershey and Harrisburg. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights; went to the Pa. Gift and Christmas Show at the Pa. Farm Show Complex. Could have had some type of fruit and maybe other items for breakfast but all in all not bad. Our room was very nice and the man who checked us in and out was very polite and helpful. Only thing we were concerned with was the elevator; was not a very smooth ride, 3rd floor light didn't light up, and it made a lot of noise. Would stay here again

We would stay here again. Small room, plenty of hot water and poor water pressure. The sink barely drains. The height of the desk does not match the desk’s chair. Nice bed and pillows plus the sheets were great. The towels were thin. Not much left for breakfast.

Stayed one night in room 105. Very pleasant person at the desk on evening check-in. Spacious room. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Very reasonable price. Black-out curtains. Minor highway noise may disturb some very light sleepers. Very nice breakfast offerings. Indoor pool. Workout room. A couple of restaurants nearby with recommendations in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

We found used soap and hair in the bathtub and the grout was moldy. The paint was chipped The carpet was stained . The breakfast was marginal. The elevator button on outside was patched with tape. Sanitizer near elevator was empty. The man at the front desk was very nice.

Let me start by saying I’m not a picky person and I’m very simple. This particular hotel was disgusting and did not meet my simple expectations. The room was dusty and obviously not wiped down well/at all (see lamp photo and tissue box cover for examples). There were dust webs all over the ceiling. The USB and the electrical outlets on the lamp didn’t work. Half of the wall outlets also didn’t work. The bathroom was a disaster. Black mold beside the tub. Mold and mildew all through the seems of the shower. The shower head was broken so we couldn’t adjust the pressure. There was a chunk taken out of the quartz around the shower lever so water could go into the wall. Water pressure was almost non-existent. We had to take the plug out of the sink drain to get the water to go down. When I tried to call the front desk on a Saturday mid morning, the phone just rang and rang. When we went to the front desk, still no one to be seen. We had to stop one of the cleaning staff in the hallway to get clean towels ( she was very nice and took care of it). The carpet in the hallway is heavily stained. The walls have cracks throughout the building. The card reader to come in the side door was broken….I feel like I could go on for days. Pros- Close to Hershey Park and Outlet shopping. The breakfast wasn’t bad. The decor was modern.
