If you find faults with this place you are being overly critical Stayed here for a couple of weeks for work reasons and I can tell you that the staff are very friendly My absolute favourite is Christina Absolutely above and beyond Natalie will make sure you are welcome The food is amazing The rooms are great Nothing not to like about this place Michael

Despite a specific table booked in advance it was unavailable on arrival with staff saying it wasn't booked. Member of staff inquiring 'was the the food ok' our reply 'One meal had burnt gammon steak' with staff replying 'sorry about that' & walked off. Doom bar beer was off with some not finished. It appeared to us quality had gone down with staff not having much time or paying attention to customers. This was not a good visit all previous ones. Sorry about this poor review as we like the Pytchley

Large group stayed for local family wedding. Staff could not have been more helpful ensuring our rooms were ready well before check in so we could get to the church on time. Our delicious cooked breakfast was served with a smile on the Sunday morning despite us being late down for breakfast. The hotel helped make the weekend a very memorable one.

Could not fault hotel rooms spacious and clean nothing was too much for staff Weekend break with friends which was enjoyable from moment we arrived .would definitely recommend and look to stay again pleasant relaxed weekend. Thank you too all the staff

We have just held a family celebration of our Diamond wedding at the Pychley hotel. The organising, food, accomodation, staff and service was second to none. We were a party of 22 and the food was all served together and was excellent quality. The help in orgnising this event was also faultless. Thank you Christina & Tracy for our excellent weekend at you lovely hotel. Please thank your excellent waiting staff for their service and attention paid to us. Malc & Judy Merchant

Awful food. Came late. Rude Manageress with a terrible attitude. It was not our fault you didn’t get our orders in till late. A table of six shouldn’t have been too tricky to handle. Made to feel by staff member it was our fault. Dealt with poorly.

Very welcoming team here, rooms are spacious, with some lovely extra touches. A couple of minor things but not enough to bother me or not fully recommend a stay here. Ate in the bar and food was good value and a good standard. Well done Team Pytchley
