Cockroaches, lizards in the room, unswept unclean rooms, bathroom terrible unclean, dirty smelly, no hot water, air conditioner doesn't work, staff abusive and offensive.

They did not manage reservations list prior. Had to convince them that we had reservations with proofs.

HOTEL BHAVANI GRAND It was terrible and horrible stay in this MMT hotel last night. Breakfast was denied even after fully paid. No assistance for arranging dinner due to late checkin Inside lock of room door missing No proper toiletries Dirty towels A/C leaking and not working well at all Fan regulator not working fine Window unable to lock No spoon at this hotel No complementary drinking water bottles in room Staff always asking for more and more tips Reception has no money for emergency Overall very bad experience and advise to delist this property from MMT app forever…

Very very far from city limits. Approaching roads very bad, no breakfast served even after we paid for room rent including breakfast. Dirty towel, no shampoo, couldn’t arrange dinner last night even after several requests, staff rude and not friendly. A/c not working at all couldn’t sleep till 3:30 am. Will never suggest this hotel to anyone we’re very disappointed and unhappy with peppery.
