The Inn at Mount Snow

My husband, my pup and I chose the Inn at Mount Snow for our second trip to Vermont during the tail end of fall foliage season, and it was one of the warmest and most welcoming hotel experiences we've had. The Inn is beautifully designed for all seasons and our room (6) was exceptionally comfortable. The view of the lake is beautiful and the side door was very convenient for taking our pup out for walks. The design is modern with a Scandinavian aesthetic but there's plenty of room to hang and store your clothes, toiletries, etc. which is so appreciated. Lisa is a truly exceptional host and she gave us lots of great recommendations for restaurants close by. She really made us feel like family and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is so helpful that towels, toothbrushes, iron, etc. are available whenever you need them. The continental breakfast was just what we needed to get going in the morning, with excellent coffee, yogurt, muffins, organic oatmeal and fresh fruit & granola. We were lucky enough to score some local danish one morning that was such a treat. We will definitely visit the Inn at Mount Snow again and we're recommending it to all of our friends and family.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Inn at Mount Snow. I brought a group of seven folks stay at the Inn, and the experience was amazing from beginning to end. The property itself is beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable, and the innkeeper (Lisa) is an absolute dream to work with and does everything possible to ensure a great stay for her guests. I truly cannot recommend this place highly enough; I hope that I'll have another occasion to stay there in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this Inn. The manager "Lisa" was so welcoming and friendly. She treated us like family. As soon as we arrived, she greeted us and showed us around the Inn and our room. The room so very clean and comfortable. They have a very nice breakfast and a beautiful deck with a fireplace. I know my husband and I will absolutely be back, and our stay will be longer.

We had such a wonderful experience during our last minute overnight get away we decided to extend our stay for another night! We loved the peaceful serenity of the balcony view, the comfortable bed and pillows, the warm friendly hostess Lisa ( who by the way gave us all the recommendations for our meals) and the relaxed but sophisticated atmosphere. Cookies in the afternoon and for breakfast plenty of coffee as well as muffins, yogurt, granola and other choices to satisfy a morning craving. We look forward to our next visit. Top 5 in all of our years of travel!

Best small hotel in all of Vermont! Used to be a cheap motels. Now there is a new owner (only the nicest man ever) and a complete renovation. It reopened January 2025 as a brand new and incredible hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side but are impeccably clean. Great place for anyone (families, couples, and anyone in between) who wants a last minute stay from NYC.

I spent 2 nights at the Inn and could not be happier with my experience. The owners Bill and Sheryl are friendly and very accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The rooms are clean and cozy. Room 10 has a big fireplace, great mountain views and lots of space. Overall, the place feel like home away from home. I will be back!
