We stayed the night at this lovely gastro pub in the heart of the pretty village of Horrabridge. The room was very lovely, comfy kingsize bed, lovely fresh bedding and big shower room. It was a very cold day but the room was lovely and warm with views of the river. No TV which suited me. We didn't eat there but had a lovely evening with a decent wine in the evening. The room came with breakfast included and the main food menu looked good.

An exceptional place. Wonderful setting. Superb staff and excellent food. Tucked away next to the river in Horrabridge, this period building hides a very warm welcome and exceptional food. I have had the pleasure of eating here on more than one occasion and have never been dissatisfied

A wonderful country pub full of character, atmosphere and class! Delicious food, great menu options and excellent wine selection. Set on the edge of Dartmoor at the side of the river Walkham. Comfortable rooms offering convenient accommodation.

Outstanding welcome and clean accommodation Very friendly 4 starters, 4 main and 4 pudding BUT all first class and vegetarian option Cooked breakfast VERY carefully prepared with great choice and endless tea and coffee. Sunday breakfast 0900-11.00! Great!
