This hotel is conveniently located and I usually stay here for business. However during this stay, I had to ask to move rooms because the tv didn’t work in my original room. Not a big deal - happens. In the next room, one of the bedside lamps wouldn’t turn on, but then turned on by itself at 2am. There was no garbage can to be found in the entire room. At the continental breakfast there was no coffee in the pots, and no cranberry juice in the machine either.
Not a bad hotel but probably won’t stay here anymore.

We booked a one-bedroom suite for our teenage son, my husband, and I. Upon getting ready to go to bed, I pulled the comforter open only to find lint and fuzz all over the bed linen. We called the front desk to see if the housekeeper could provide new bed linen. No one answered. So my husband went to the front desk and returned with a stack of bed linens. We changed linen. The sofa bed in the front room has obvious large stains at the base. The door to the coat closet has dried up spilled at the bottom half; either someone threw up or food sauce splashed, then was left there until dried up. I left a note for housekeeping so they can address it before the next guest check-in. The breakfast area was dirty, ran out of coffee, and food debris was on the floor, and attendance could not keep up. Thanks to the front desk personnel who stepped in to help. It was a chaos.

Breakfast area is too small and cloistered. People running into each other. Furnace in room 317 was noisy and sounded like debris in it. Building is getting dated.

At check-in, the attendant sent us to the wrong tower. Not a huge deal, a bit inconvenient. But then, there were no towels for the pool, and the staff said they had zero towels to give out. It wasn't sold out so not sure what happened there. No apology, I believe I interrupted her movie on her phone. The hot tub was cold and murky, like it had not been cleaned recently. Someone had turned on the emergency shut off for the hot tub, so when we figured out how to get it going again the water was full of foam. Will not return.

Dirty sheets at check in for the pull out bed. Full of some kind of stain. Helpful person at the dark very willing to assist. Great service. Beds were comfortable, daughter even said that for the pull out couch at first.

The location is convenient and the outside of the property is well maintained. The condition of our room was wholeheartedly average. The floor in the kitchen had gaps in the transition plates and there was a large scrape in the linoleum. The switch in the bathroom didn’t allow you to turn off the fan, and because the sound of the fan was so loud, I chose to shower in the dark. The bed was comfortable, however and the location was excellent. The breakfast was well below average, but since there are so many options due to the convenient location we didn’t have to eat it.
