"Not a bad place, went alone as a solo woman and was apprehensive due to the low review count, but turned out to be good/safe enough. Their counter had a no outside food policy though, and soft drinks were marked up. Otherwise good enough. Breakfast also decent."

"I wasn't sure about this hotel and it was a lst minute booking. Even as we were approaching the hotel, area surrounding the hotel wasn't great. But as soon as we entered the hotel, we were in a different world. Truly world class hotel close enough to attractions and far enough from the crowded streets. Room is good size, beds/mattress confortable and choice of pillows. Bathroom is fab and best power shower i have used in india. Breakfast on fourth floor is great with enough choices and changes daily. Overall a very good experience, staff was polite and very responsive. On the last day, boilder developed a glitch and we didn't get hot water. We had to leave without h having a shower. Hope that got resolved quickly. Overall a fantastic world class hotel with very reasonablre price."

"The 5-star hotel service was well prepared. The gym facilities were clean and the good exercise equipment was impressive. The breakfast was also delicious. The facilities showed signs of age, but it seems to be a hotel that covers it up with service."

"Excellent hotel at Janakpuri, next to Metro Station, easy connectivity to everywhere in Delhi via Metro , also a shopping mall nearby (Unity One Shopping Mall) , Room was excellent, clean and good size room as expected from Hyatt , staff was very kind and helpful, buffet breakfast has good spread and lots of options with live cooking counters , everything excellent, highly recommended"

"I ***** with my wife stayed at hotel golden grand for two days in september 2024. The hotel is on the main road and is easily accessible by taxi, metro and other modes of transport. It is centrally located and many important areas are reachable within 15-30 min. Market is within walkable distance. There is enough parking place in front of the hotel. There is also restaurant in the hotel. I booked through makemytrip and checkin was fast. Room is very clean and ac was very effective. Room is spacious enough for two. Service was excellent and very fast. They provided two mineral water bottles of 500 ml each. Additional water bottle costs extra. Hotel should provide at least two liters of water per day free of cost. Food in the restaurant is very expensive. However there are some good restaurants within 2. 5 km distance. One can also order through swiggy as well. Overall we had good experience, but i felt the room tariff was high."

CCherie CJLReally enjoyed myself staying in this hotel during this trip, hotel room is very spacious and sanjeet & the staffs are very nice, friendly and kind people who helped me and my colleagues our way around the city and also treat us really well.
I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is interested to travel to New Delhi to try out this hotel. Once again, thank you sanjeet and staffs for helping us out and see you again when I’m going New Delhi.

GGuest UserOverall good facility and courteous service. Clean room. Fair Breakfast spread. Good food quality.
Only scope for improvement House Keeping was not great and had to be prodded to even get the room cleaned.
Suggestions : (1) can give option to ‘Pay at Hotel’ Option
(2) when a traveller books for 2 nights, is forced to pay for both nights in advance. Instead booking can be done for as many nights as required and payment can be taken mandatory for the first night and balance option to pay at hotel can be extended.

GGuest UserVery disappointed with stay despite comfortable. Hotel has tied up with nearby hospital and is renting out rooms to patients making it totally unsafe for visitors. Hospital sanitation rules not followed at all making it a hub for infection. Will not be using the hotel at all in future

At night 3. 30am required medicine but not finding day night chemist their night main lobby staff took his bike & take me to medical store about 4 km away from hotel. I am so impressed & thankful for helping me.

HHONGBINGThe breakfast is really not good. I didn’t make it by myself. It was delivered as a takeaway. The chef placed the food directly with his hands. I was really not particular about it. There is no parking plant. The location is also not ideal, just make a living.
