Hyatt Centric Janakpuri New Delhi Reviews

Basically is good hotel, room is spacious however it is a bit old, there is a metro station called Janakpuri West beside the hotel , and nearby there is shopping mall which have restaurants, supermarket and shopping.

Night time reception *** was very good and well manners, he was polite and friendly, he helped me lot what I was looking for ,rest staff was quite good and well manners as well

The hotel is hygienic with a cooperative staff and with a lovely food . It has well designated space and the location is centric .

Hotel ok, very poor and delayed service. Housekeeping ok, but need to call the front desk to get cleaned. Food is mediocre, slow service.

I'm regular to this side of the Delhi and prefer to stay either in Radisson Paschim or Piccadilly .this hotel is strategically on best location but the facilities and the services are tardy. So if you want metro connectivity (specially to the airport) and good area around i.e. pubs/dhabas this is among the best. Else it wnt make sense for you.

Booked for 3 days with breakfast. After checking in, the customer said he was not satisfied with the environment and insisted on changing. He stayed for less than an hour and did not get a penny back. Disappointed.

The facilities are a little old, but clean. There is no hair dryer or refrigerator in the room, and only tissues are provided at the sink. It was very helpful that they called a taxi to the airport for me via Uber. It was cheap, costing 500 rupees.

Many basic necessary equipment are old and damaged

Hotel needs serious refurbishment Stay there because it has good transport links with the Metro Next Door,Taxi, and three wheelers on the doorstep. Also restaurants, supermarket, and shops.
