Clean room and very quiet! If I ever go to West Covina again I will definitely get one room in this hotel. 100 % recommended!

Only stayed here once and haven’t went back.. can’t give much review except for its not as nice as it looks

Originally booked the room for 2 nights, but decided to extend for another 4 days. Reasonably priced for what is provided. Room was nice and clean, linens are changed daily and towels replaced. Only drawbacks were no iron, microwave, or clothes hangers in the room and no pool on site. I booked online twice and had no problems.  I would stay again.

rooms seem to be clean but are rather dusty  - i have an astma strokes on dust and didnot feel weel while staing there. also  - on our arrival - girl at reception required the PIN from my debit card - which is totally unaccetable - when I refused to pay with credit card - she silently cancelld my  reservation via booking.com and I had to pay by cash  also not hot water  unless you bring your own kettle - goof morning coffee but I guess it is not the best choice for a 4 and 6 year old kids

The lady at the desk was very rude when checking in and made me pay an extra $80 for another person when i specifically scheduled a room for 2. When we asked for an extra pillow the next day they said “You already have 3” and refused to give us one. Finally upon checking out the guy that was at the desk just stared and when i said i was checking out then he approached and said something but i couldn’t hear and when i asked to repeat it he looked at me and nodded his head and proceeded to ignore everything i said afterwards. What i can say is the price for what is given is pretty good if they don’t charge you extra unnecessarily. 🙃
