This is an older property built in 1888! Please be aware it has the quirks of an old house and do not expect it to be perfect. However it is comfortable, cozy, and should be enough to satisfy your needs!

We were looking for a place for overflow guests from our lake accommodations. This host's apartments were perfect. (Host owns both apartments in duplex) Added bonus, my outta state guests loved West Brookfield, the quintessential New England town.

Great cozy apartment
The apartment was very clean. It’s cozy, but had enough room for my family of 4. The house it’s a classic older New England home. It’s in the downtown part of a small cute town. Overall it was a really good experience!

Just okay
Very old house/apartment. Sheets clean, beds mediocre, everything felt old, dirty. Lots of bugs. We really only slept and ate breakfast there, so it met our need.

We used both apartments for time with extended family. Nice to be in the same building.

The property looked different in the pictures. It's very old. There were upstairs neighbors and though they weren't loud, the footsteps kept the kids from sleeping.
We left some candy (in wrappers) on the counter and found that mice got into it.
The place could have been much cleaner.
The communication with the manager was fine and it wasn't expensive.

Wish we could live there!
Its a beautiful spatious apartment! My family and I enjoyed it to the fullest! The Host was excellent for helping and understanding of needing an extrntion!! Will book a stay again 100%

The rental was nice and roomy. The rental itself was a little un kept. The furniture is old stained. The rental was a little dirty. The back parking lot was unkept and the porch area was dirty, windows and not cleaned well.
