Super 8 by Wyndham West Branch

The stay was great nice staff great room and pool and hot tub cleaning ladies great

Was not stocked with razors or items you may need if you forgot yours

I generally don’t leave reviews, but I will say - I was impressed with this location. The staff was friendly (they allowed us to check in 2 hrs early so I could drop our bag and make it to my cousins wedding ceremony on time). The check in was quick and the room was clean. I’ve been other more expensive hotels and the bathtubs weren’t wiped down well or there were stains on the carpet. Our room was in perfect working order. The continental breakfast was small but it was enough. I had a waffle, yogurt, juice/coffee, and a muffin. They had a few other options too (toast, cereal and apples). I loved how they had a coffee/tea station out in the lobby area all day accessible, and also in the lobby was a nice little shopping area with knickknacks like lanterns, sweaters, necklaces, notebooks, bug spray, etc. They also had a pool and jacuzzi. I did not personally use them, but my cousins whom also attended the wedding said the jacuzzi was super nice. I would definitely stay again in the future if needing a place to lodge. Recommend!

Check-in was one of the friendliest experiences we have ever had. We were given the critical details of the property & amenities with a smile. Bathroom and sleeping quarters are clean upon check-in.

Not great We have stayed here for the past few years for a bowling tournament we come up for, it seems like every year there is hair either in the sink or shower or both, or a hole in the screen of the window or the air not working great.

We were greeted as we arrived, the lobby was clean, grounds were clean and the hotel was clean. We didn't have any problems. Both check in and check out were simple and fast.
