Stayed 9 days. Great location on West Bay beach . Staff was helpful and always friendly. Food was excellent. The room was good size . AC worked very well. Very clean and cleaned daily. Grounds super clean and tidy. The porch and view was very nice over looking the pool . The pool was nice escape on cruise ships days . Guest wont get a beach chair on cruise ship days. Stairs exhausting . Barking dogs all day and all night not so great (not hotels fault about the neighbors dogs) . TV and internet non existent. Never worked . No warm or hot water for shower maybe be advised but none. Room needs maintenance exterior doors would not close properly and door handle difficult to open . Interior door bathroom would not close . Table legs broken. Overall a few negatives but nothing major or would cause alarm.

There are many reasons why this is not a top hotel. The hotel rents the beach out to cruisers - which means you will not have nice beach experience. All the other hotels do not do that. The water is cloudy from so many in the water. The hotel leaves trash In their parking lot, thousands of flies and some Island rats. On the cruise days parking is difficult . The bedspreads are oily and have been the same for years. They rarely run the pool pump so water is dirty with particulates in the pool. Grand Roatán and Infinity Bay are the 2 best. This is not one of the top in my opinion. We have been to Roatan 4 times and this was by far the worst stay. Not again!

We found this place on Airbnb. Such a beautiful place! West Bay is a great location if you want to snorkel right from the beach. Breathtaking reef right outside your door. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hosts aren’t on-site but have prompt responses. The staff at the Argentinian Grill are who you have the in-person contact with. There is a lovely pool between the lodging and the restaurant that is a nice respite when the beach gets busy with cruise ship traffic. I would highly recommend this venue to stay on Roatan!

Excellent hotel and good value for the price! Spacious clean rooms with reliable air conditioning. Large balcony with small table, chairs and a hammock. Newly installed pool and hottub are beautiful and great place to unwind and get in the shade. Food is excellent...made to order included breakfast is delicious! Staff is friendly and accommodating! Last day we sang happy birthday at breakfast to a young man in our group and dessert magically appeared from our waitress! Beach is beautiful...will be back! Only recommendation is more hooks needed inside and outside the room to hang towels and wet bathing suits.

Si no le gustan las largas distancias a la habitación, los reclamos sin respuesta y las colas para comida de masas, Seremein es para usted. Un Hotel pequeño con excelentes habitaciones. Grandes, limpias y bien equipadas. Áreas comunes y piscina pequeña = 100%. Restaurante muy bueno. Ambiente acogedor y atención personalizada. Playa exquisita con facilidades. Tienda de coveniencia a pocos pasos y centro de West bay a menos de 10 minutos caminando por la orilla del mar. Amables desde la reservación hasta el check out. Sin duda el mejor valor por su dinero. Gracias a Bruno (mgr) por su pronta respuesta a nuestra emergencia. Lo recomendaremos y regresaremos!

Excelente hotel..muy buen servicio y las habitaciones muy comodas. La atencion es personal. Bonita vista. Hay disponibilidad para visitar lugares turisticos cercanos. Excelntes precios. La pasamos muy bien en familia.
