Manager was very nice, the AC on the original room didn’t work and he changed us to a nicer room after complaining twice. The Nature View room did not have a balcony, as shown in the pictures. It was a very small room.
However the second room we were given was very nice with a lot of space and ocean views and a lot more comfortable. Staff were very helpful and attentive.
The Beach Club was also very nice although a little far from the rooms.
The hotel restaurant Azul disappointed us, we had been there a couple years back and it used to be a lot better.
We also had some issues while coordinating the transportation to and from the airport.
Don’t expect 5-star quality amenities like extra towels or room service.
Location is good, the beach is not that nice but you are just a quick water taxi ride to West Bay or West End. The good thing is that this beach is not as crowded. It is surrounded by other boutique hotels and some of the nicer restaurants in the island.
Overall it is a nice and quiet hotel but only worth it if you get one of the larger rooms.

Stunning property! Loved our stay and wished we could have stayed here longer! The infinity pool was great. The food at the Beach House and Azul was so good.

The Blue Roatan is an amazing experience. The hotel is quiet and serene, surrounded by a jungle and gardens, with shared lounges, decks and pools.
The resort is walkable to the busy beaches if that's what you are looking for. The Blue Roatan Beach club serves delicious drinks and food, and has a beautiful pool and beach area.
The staff are awesome and happy to help with anything, such as a tuc tuc, or exursions. There are great restaurants that are easily walkable or water taxi to West Bay or West End. I can ot wait to go back.

An amazing view with an unbelievable room. Truly worth the visit as it was the most relaxing vacation spot Ive stayed at. The food served at the bar is really delicious and the hosts/servers/bartenders are very kind and welcoming!

Very quiet with excellent dining options. Everything worked including hot water & resort’s tuctucs made it easy to get to and from the resort’s beach club at the water’s edge ~ 400 meters downhill.
