Hotel well located next to the Rhine, with beautiful views. Wesseling is between Cologne and Bonn, the perfect location to visit the two cities that are the object of our trip. The room was spacious and clean. Staff, very nice. The only but was that we were not informed in advance that the parking had an additional cost to the price of the room.

Die Zimmer geräumig, Schöne Aussicht zum Rhein. Aber die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt in den drei Tagen unseres Aufenthalt. In der Toalette liefen Silberfischchen herum in der Dusche roch es zeitweise nach Kloake. Zwei von meinen Kindern die auch in ihrem Hotel gewohnt haben mussten sich selber das Toalettenpapier besorgen. Mein ältester Sohn mit seiner Frau hatten eine schlimme Erkältung bekommen und wollten noch drei Stunden länger das Zimmer bis zu unserem Abflug benutzen fuer die drei Stunden mehrbenutzen hat man 50 Euro abkassiert. So kleinlich dachte ich man wuerde sich gegen gute Gäste nicht verhalten. Meine ganze Familie ist sehr enttäuscht und werden sicherlich Ihr Hotel nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen. Alles bestens ging alles ohne Probleme Nur die Zimmer heizen sich durch die Sonne schnell auf so das es sehr warm wird darin Jedoch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit zur Abkühlung wurde mir ein Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt Super 👍 ich komme wieder
