Staff is amazing the ladies who serve breakfast are the best an the popcorn an cookies in the evening is a great treat just need more

Wonderful and clean. Beds were very comfortable and you could not hear other visitors even though the hotel had no vacancies.

New nice room very big has a small living room suitable for family outings

Great location, clean and kind staff at the front desk! One thing we noticed is the gap from the carpet to the door, just a safety thing but fixed with a towel laid across. Suggestion maybe (obviously known) there is a sports tournament nearby where most of the hotel is booked with players and families, breakfast could be ready to go so players can eat before they have to leave and staff be understanding why hungry young athletes are waiting around patiently.

Visited Wesley Chapel 1/25-1/26, booked Residence Inn 30 minutes away from another lodging area. I am so glad I made the choice to stay here. Everything from check in to check out was excellent.

Bring your own utensils! Otherwise it’s cool.

Hotel is well located closed to outlet mall and hospital. very clean and great service

Great stay wonderful hotel. Only problem was not with hotel but trip.com did not pay for room. So we had to call and get that all fixed. So that I was not double charged.

Hotel service is very good, and there is free breakfast, breakfast is also very rich, there are many types, usually there are free coffee, ice cream, the hall and some toys for children, room facilities are full, there are microwave and refrigerator, great

Good for the price, but i would rather spend the extra money on a nicer Marriott or Hilton. The linens and shower smelled like sulfur and bathroom had a weird set up. Also noisy because it’s next to the interstate.
