Bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Pool was heated. Staff were friendly enough. Family friendly food and shopping at the Krate across the way was amazing!

Was there to see my daughter. Even though they changed to the name, I thought they would keep the same touches, as that is why I booked this hotel.
I liked the fact that they kept hot water and different teas, if you did not want coffee. As well as the little touches of cookies and popcorn at night. Not that I ate them, but it always felt comfortable when walking in and smelling them. My daughter enjoyed them.
Not sure why you would change this one little thing that makes a huge difference.
second issues, they allowed or tolerated vamping, as the floor smelled of, "POT". and I am allergic with asthma as well as my daughter, It was so bad that my daughter could not even come over to stay the night with me.

Was definitely an older hotel with just a new name/branding. Great location, but not clean when we checked in. Had a used tissue inside our ice bin and toilet seat was not clean. ******* somehow screwed up our booking (was booked for 2 queens, but apparently the facility didn't even have that option), so was very irritated when we checked in at 9pm on our first night, but was not the facility's fault.

Overbooked. Booked a King Room was told there was a system glitch that caused an overbooking. Had to settle for 2 full size beds.

First time staying at Spot X and I was so impressed. The staff and the service they provide are excellent. The room and hotel are very clean and comfortable. Definitely a ace I will chose again to stay at.

Great sleep in a comfortable bed with really great biscuits and gravy at breakfast. Had an issue with a 3rd party booking (date) and the staff at Spot-X helped to resolve it efficiently.
Would recommend this hotel to travellers.
