The property told me they will refund 10 percent back due to an domestic incident on the property and made me wait like 20 minutes to check in.

Pull out sofa did not have sheets. A big wad of hair ball was floating around in the room. Not ours. Shower had some hairs on the wall, not the cleanest. Good variety in breakfast. Diabetic friendly. Chef Chris was nice and friendly and attentive. Front desk staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms were not very clean.

It was a nice area can’t complain about that. They just really need to work on the ac units running properly and the cable not working, luckily I have kids that have their tablets so that was ok. Also the room smelt like damp clothes that wasn’t a pleasant smell. If they work on that it would be a awesome place to books

There was roaches in the restroom also the lamp had mold ,the microwave was dirty. Very noisy we could hear people outside our room talking in the middle of the night .

Every staff member we encountered was really nice. We were told pool was closed due to accident in morning. Walk into room there was roaches on the wall then baby roaches in restroom area. We asked for towels next day and didn’t receive any til late afternoon

Only issue was that the parking lot was completely full. We had to park around the building and walk to our room.

The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. The only thing we didnt like was the limited dining selection. We had to travel a few miles to find dining places.

The room was dirty when we arrive. Also when we were about to sleep we notice that the light of the fan couldnt turn it off even when we pull off the cord of the fan.

The room was a little dated but seemed clean and was exactly what me & my kids needed after driving from WA state. The staff were so very kind and breakfast was a nice option.
