Well we have accidentally booked the wrong hotel - I am American and booked it, but we were planning to stay at a hotel with the same name in Austria. By the time we arrived , we saw the reservation was wrong . We called to apologize and cancel and see if maybe we could get at least a partial refund ( there's nothing to clean, no food needed etc etc) Anyways: I called to try and talk to someone. The guy at the hotel says: oh I don't speak English. Doesn't try to get anybody or whatever and hangs up. Then a few minutes later my wife, the German, call and talk to him. VERY RUDE PERSON! he does not let her finish my sentence , says no thats not us , we are Mohr Hotel ... She said : yea exactly that's what I was trying to say ! You have a reservation in our name for four people correct? He goes: oh JA! So she apologizes and try to explain the whole thing - and he just literally flips her off, doesn't let her finish her sentence again, he does not negotiate and just says: well.. too late, not my fault. And then again ( she’s being very very polite!!) he doesn't let her finish her sentence, just denies and then hangs up on her while she’s talking. THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER TALKED TO AT ANY HOTEL. we're still waiting on email response, but they don't seem to care at all. Very sad! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE.

Die Einrichtung der Spa ist super, alles vorhanden. Das Essen im Restaurant ist super und reichlich, sehr freundliches Personal und ausgezeichneter Service.

Ich war von Sonntag auf Montag wegen eines frühen Termins am Stadtrand Berlins dort. Normalerweise fahre ich am selben Tag hin und zurück. Diesmal wollte ich mir was Gutes tun. Und das habe ich. Ich war der einzige Gast....und wurde umsorgt wie eine Prinzessin. Ein Frühstück am Tisch, das keine Wünsche offen ließ und keine Einschränkungen hatte. Ich habe eine wunderbare Massage genossen und konnte den kompletten Spa-Bereich nutzen. Selbst die Küche war voll umfänglich für mich im Dienst. Zusammen mit der herzlichen Freundlichkeit aller Beteiligten kann ich sagen: Ich habe mich selten so willkommen gefühlt.

Für kurze Übernachtungen ok.
Zimmer und Bad waren zu klein, es gab keine Ablage für Koffer. Bei 2 Personen wird das noch enger. Leider stand in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht das der Saunabereich nur Fr.-So. geöffnet ist und er zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss. Es gab 3 unterschiedliche Kissen gerade zum fernsehen sehr bequem. Der Fußboden und der Flur knarrte. Und man konnte die Nachbarzimmmer hören.

Prima hotel, ietwat gedateerd maar verder schoon. Douche mag wel een opkapbeurt gebruiken het water spuit alle kanten op. Hier een overnachting gehad bij het bezoek aan de beurs in Berlijn. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en zeer goed. Voor zakelijk verblijf prima! Ook het avondeten is smakelijk! 3 sterren i.v.m. de prijs voor de kamer. Deze is enkel te rechtvaardigen door de ligging. (40min) van het beursgebouw.

Zimmer riechen übel, Möbel und Zimmerausstattung defekt. Frühstück ist echt schlech, Spiegeleier sind vertrocknet auf dem Buffet. Spa kostet saftig extra ebenso das Laden von E-Bikes. Wir hatten einen recht hohen Zimmerpreis und dann noch Zusatzkosten für das Laden von E-Bike Akkus. Unfreundliches Personal. Wir empfehlen es nicht!

Charmantes kleines Hotel, großer Parkplatz, netter Empfang, leider nicht Behindertengerecht, da viele Treppen im Haus. Schöne Zimmer, Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen, Wellnessbereich klein aber oho, wir hatten an 2 Tagen fast alles für uns alleine, der Whirlpool im freien mit Glaskuppel hat was. Die Wellnessanwendungen traumhaft und mega erholsam. Der Service sich Tee, Kaffee o. Cocktails in den Wellnessbereich liefern zu lassen - mega cool. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
