When I checked in, I told the lady at the front desk that I had trouble sleeping. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and helped upgrade a quiet room on a high floor. During my stay, I had trouble mirroring the TV, but the guest room came over quickly to help. There are also bay windows in the room. You can sit down and drink tea and chat. The overall environment is good, and there are plenty of snacks downstairs. Very satisfied with the service. Hygiene is also clean and tidy. A very satisfying stay experience!

The two lovely ladies from the front desk were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I appreciate the effort and excellent service. I will be returning in the near future.
