Hotel gave us two pillows each for each guest for the first day. Then took away one each next day. They came to clean our room even though our do not disturb light was on. The room was las very small. Other than that it was fine. Front desk was helpful.

The pictures are all things I haven't seen in other hotels. I have stayed in so many hotels, and this one is not the best, but the most humane. The details are amazing, and most importantly, the price/performance ratio is really high! The room is very small, not 15 square meters, with a bed of 1.2 meters * 2 meters. The rest of the room cannot even open a 24-inch suitcase. The bathroom is also very small. The bedding is very damp and uncomfortable to sleep on. The air conditioner has a strong smell. Anyway, the hardware is not good. Starting with hotel is good and locations is close to airport with shuttle transport! Clean and good customer service. Food is terrible 😫 We booked a table for 2 and ordered salad and came with bacon then they replaced the salad for a salad without bacon but arrive WITH BACON bits.... i don't eat pork and they deliberately send one with bacon again. Burger was really small which a 3 years old kids will finish 3 of these Burgers!. On the breakfast there was no labels on the food so you don't know what you eating and u have just to leave upset with no eating g anything I paid for! Spa ... Been told swimming pool and jym available 24/7. Went to the swimming pool at 10.30 they said is closed. Not just that they said is close for tomorrow too. Very unhappy with the 5 stars hotel they don't provide 5 stars service!

Sheraton has good service, a nice hotel, and a welcoming front desk. Although it has been open for a long time, it has the feel of a festive home. When I checked in, the first mate, Manager Wan, and the director on duty warmly welcomed Mr. Xiang, which made me feel at home. It is worth recommending.

My weekend stay at Shangri-La hotel was truly outstanding! I took advantage of the wonderful amenities on offer including the swimming pool, spa, and sauna. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing - it was a real pleasure to enjoy such delicious, varied cuisine. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be recommending it to all of my friends.
