The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the front-desk lady even rushed out to welcome my friend and I from our car and assist with our luggage. After my stay, I drove to the security office, but the security guard was rude. He simply said he knew nothing and insisted on charging. I then called the staff and learned that if I stayed beyond 24 hours, I had to pay. The service was subpar, and the security guard was rude.
