We checked in at night. The housekeeper got off work at 7 o'clock, and three friends arrived after 7 o'clock. The door could not be opened. There was no light in the corridor outside the accommodation. We fumbled to open the door, and then the roadside water pipe burst, and two people were soaked... Adding a quilt costs an extra 50... The external environment is not very hygienic... The room environment layout is OK, the food in the refrigerator is free, there are cakes and soda water, drinks! A big bed, a tatami... But the mattress on the tatami was just washed that day, very damp, and not dry yet... The room costs more than 2,000 a night... The cost performance is not considered, but the service, details, and overall environment are really too average...

My wife and I often travel around the world and usually don't write reviews, but this stay was really a pleasant surprise. A few days before check-in, the housekeeper came to ask about the detailed check-in situation, and then gave us parking and shuttle bus instructions. We arrived at the hotel very late that day, and the housekeeper drove the shuttle bus to the parking lot to pick us up on time. The service was very thoughtful and there was a very detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities. I was awakened by the noise in the middle of the night. It was four or five in the morning. The housekeeper still took the trouble to actively reply to my messages and solve the problem for me. And successfully moved to a new room the next day. 👍 The hotel's understanding and application of aesthetics can be said to be far beyond the industry average. The room is large and the materials are superior, and some small appliances and small details are also very thoughtful for the guests. If I have the opportunity to come to Wenzhou again next time, I will definitely choose their home again and recommend friends to stay. It's really great👍👍👍

My weekend stay at Shangri-La hotel was truly outstanding! From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty - the staff was friendly, professional and incredibly attentive, especially Julie, thank you for the outstanding service.The room itself was immaculate and tastefully appointed - a luxurious oasis to relax after a busy day. I took advantage of the wonderful amenities on offer including the swimming pool, spa, and sauna. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing - it was a real pleasure to enjoy such delicious, varied cuisine. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be recommending it to all of my friends.

The room is neatly decorated and any problems can be dealt with in a timely manner. The location is very good, next to the MixC. The view from the room is also good and you can see the sunrise. When I checked out, Allen Yan's service made me feel very warm. He helped me move my luggage and gave me a small gift.

I did not eat, only breakfast which was excellent. Rooms very nice. Only one negative thing. The rooms facing the busy road are noisy. The small window can't be closed well. This is the only thing they must improve. Sorry, I forgot to make some photos. Next time I will.

The hotel staff were very friendly. My hotel room was clean, including the linen and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. The hotel is located at the foot of a mountain. If you are allocated one of the top floor rooms you can have a nice view of the mountain. I also liked the small but well equipped fitness room.
