My friend booked this hotel for me while I I traveled to Wenzhou to meet a group of people. I was told this was a five star hotel. I took a screen shot online and sent it to her. The name of the hotel is in Chinese. My friend could not find this hotel on English website. So she searched by location and found this one , the picture and the address were exactly the same as the one I sent it to her. But it’s not hotel , it’s apartment . Anyway she booked it for me. When I got there , I found out this tower did have 5 star hotel in the lower floor between 1-24. The apartments were on the higher floor. They had separate entrance and front desk. It’s weird. Obviously the hotel’s front desk looked luxurious. I checked in my room , it had nice views. The room is big and clean. Next morning I went to the hotel to have breakfast, pay extra 68 yuan. Also tour the hotel. Their rooms were bigger and looked nicer. You pay what you get. I paid half of their price for the room. The other people from the group laughed at lme how I booked 3 star apartment in 5 star hotel property.

Helpful and very courteous staff overall. Good amenities incl. a very spacious swimming pool. I stayed in one of the main towers, well kept rooms and good amenities. A view from the window showed the villas -the pools were dead dry and villas not painted (probably up for a renovation?) Breakfast was simple enough with decent choices , however could be expanded to include further western cuisine Attended a wedding at the venue. There the service of the staff were miserable. I had to keep a watch on my shoulders that they don’t drop the dishes on my shoulder. On one occasion the whole fruit bowl landed on top of the plate with desserts with the dessert still on them.

The hotel is very grand and upscale. The staff in the hotel are very enthusiastic and make people feel very warm and loving. The most popular thing they said to me during my stay was that if I have any questions, I can contact the front desk at any time. This is enough for someone like me. A sense of security for long-term business travelers. The service is attentive. Thank you again to Yuntianlou Changcheng Yunyue for your service and the conveniences provided to us. I wish the hotel a prosperous business and abundant financial resources! I will choose it next time!

The hotel is beautiful, staff is very friendly. The hotel has a spa on site and we had lovely foot massages. Our room was beautiful and enjoyed their Chinese breakfast options. Would definitely stay there again. Close to McDonald's and other fast food places. Close to Wenzhou aquarium and amusement.
