My weekend stay at Shangri-La hotel was truly outstanding! From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty - the staff was friendly, professional and incredibly attentive, especially Julie, thank you for the outstanding service.The room itself was immaculate and tastefully appointed - a luxurious oasis to relax after a busy day. I took advantage of the wonderful amenities on offer including the swimming pool, spa, and sauna. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing - it was a real pleasure to enjoy such delicious, varied cuisine. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be recommending it to all of my friends.

The hotel is new, the rooms are fully furnished and very clean. The concierge did a great job and every staff member was warm and polite, making me feel at home. It can be seen that the hotel pays great attention to every detail. I will choose Marriott Hotel next time.

Sheraton has good service, a nice hotel, and a welcoming front desk. Although it has been open for a long time, it has the feel of a festive home. When I checked in, the first mate, Manager Wan, and the director on duty warmly welcomed Mr. Xiang, which made me feel at home. It is worth recommending.

The hotel is beautiful, staff is very friendly. The hotel has a spa on site and we had lovely foot massages. Our room was beautiful and enjoyed their Chinese breakfast options. The Westin Wenzhou is a good hotel and also good value. We were upgraded to an executive floor room but unfortunately smelt of smoke, otherwise very comfortable and good view. The buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent and I appreciated the personal attention maybe as the only laowai in residence!

The Ctrip local tour package I signed up for included one night in a five-star hotel. I chose the Overseas Chinese Hotel. Because I had a Ctrip Platinum Card, I got a free upgrade to the executive room. I also chose this hotel for the next two days and booked a king-size bed room, which was also upgraded. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, and have a good service attitude. Except that it is not a new hotel, everything else is fine. The main reason is the strategic location. It is a ten-minute walk from Wuma Street and the Jingguang Temple is right next to the hotel. I will choose this hotel next time.
