Not recommended. 1. In dining food fruits area, there are flies. I haven't taste any cut fruits. 2. In dining area, no coffee machine. Only hot water, need to be mixed with premix coffee powder. 3. In room toilet, there is no hand wash liquid. 4. In room refreshments, there is no coffee powder. Only Chinese tea. 5. In room TV, (please check the images) A. I could see a pencil branded with Wyndham Wenzhou. B. I could see rewards club page ”Jin jiang Club” But, while scanning the QR code, it shows account blocked. C. I could see room delivery and room order link goes to ” Vienna International Hotel” Have I stayed in which hotel? Libai Hotel - Park inn by Radisson or Wyndham Wenzhou or Vienna International Hotel or Jin Jiang Club Hotels??? Hotel management can clarify please. 6. Check-in was very pleasant. Front desk receptionist did her job well. She could understand English and respond back properly. Very good. 7. Check-out was terrible. I have requested for invoice if it is not from TRIP.COM. But, too much confusions. Are china have 2 invoice types? One is General and another one is Special? Foreigners are not going to claim for tax credit in foreign countries with Chinese tax invoice. Generally, invoice is required to submit as a proof of stay and get reimbursement accordingly. Kind of receipt or invoice with Guest Name, Room Charges, Check-in and Check-out dates are enough with hotel Stamp/Seal. Or hotel can say to contact the travel agent of TRIP.COM for invoice.

Best part of this Hotel is that it is close to Airport. Hotel is old, rooms needs renovation. English speaking staff was not there. Had to take an early morning flight so could not check the breakfast.

We were on transit so we were just staying for one night and the hotel provided a pick up and drop off service which was great. But I have to say the facilities were a bit outdated and the hotel feeling was a bit soulless. The breakfast was ok, we arrived late and the lady still helped us to get some warm noodles.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, comfortable rooms, a pleasant ambiance, and excellent facilities. The service was warm and attentive, offering great value for money. Although there was no airport pickup service during the Spring Festival, Ctrip provided compensation with a complimentary airport drop-off. The bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable, and the toiletries were high-quality. Tea and water were available in the lobby, and they even offered us drinks while we waited for our airport shuttle. Despite a minor hiccup, the issue was resolved promptly. I am extremely satisfied with both the hotel and Ctrip!

I always book this hotel. It was exceptionally good during the Spring Festival. When I entered the door on the first day of the ***** New Year, there were fruits and melon seeds. The breakfast started at 6 o'clock. There was also free pick-up and drop-off. There was no price increase during the Spring Festival. It was great. The only regret was that after booking on Ctrip, I found that it was 15 cheaper if I booked on Baidu Maps. However, it was past the free cancellation point. Overall, I had a happy stay 😁

The hotel is nestled in the old street right in front of the temple, boasting a wonderful ambiance. The front desk provides complimentary popsicles, bottled water, and small snacks. Downstairs, you'll find a bustling pedestrian old street with an abundance of delicious food options. The view from the window is also quite pleasant. To top it off, we even received a small black tea gift upon check-out. It was a very satisfying stay.

It was my first time in Wenzhou, and I happened to catch the new hotel's benefits. Breakfast was free, with many varieties. The location was very good, just a few hundred meters from the railway station and the airport. The front desk lady introduced Wanda. Temple Street was still very lively, with many snacks. The hotel was quite intelligent and advanced. I was quite satisfied with my stay this time. I will stay here when I come to Wenzhou next time.

The details and services are all very good, the breakfast is also good, and the airport pick-up service is great 👍🏻 I like Lavande Hotel very much. We also stayed in the same hotel in Guangzhou. I will continue to stay in Lavande Hotel in the future.

Newly opened hotel, the room is large, the decoration style is clean and comfortable. The customer service also specially prepared fruits, thumbs up! The location is about 3 kilometers away from the lively area, which is convenient. There are many flights at Longwan Airport, and the windows in the room are tested for good sound insulation.
